I hav a raspberry pi five and I have the pifi sd card, I also have a sixfab modem 4g lte hat. I had it installed and could connect via 4g lte, I’m new to this and a lil old school, but how do I get my pi to route a Ethernet connected device ie ptz up cam, to the internet via the sixfab 4g lte modem, that I have, telit module, if anybody could shed light,

It sounds like you’re currently online via the 4G HAT and now need to connect an Ethernet device—just to confirm, is that correct?
By default, the Ethernet port on the Pi is set to WAN, as PiFi is typically used to get internet from another router. However, in your case, you’ll need to switch it to LAN to share the Pi’s internet connection.
To do this, go to:
PiFi App > Settings > Network Settings > Port (LAN/WAN) and ensure it’s set to LAN - there’s a pop up where you want to select Switch to LAN
Then all you have to do is plug the ethernet from Pi to the device you want to have wired internet access.
