PiFi Activation Code error

Hi,

Set up my PiFi to the Activate PiFi USB point. When the Activation Code is entered, the app returns “An error occurred. Please try again later.” Tried several times and the same error occurs. What should be tried next to rectify this error? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
