Which Raspberry Pi?

Hello,
Which Raspberry Pi, and which version is best for PiFi?
And
Which Rpi is the least it will work with?

Supported:

  • Raspberry Pi 4 (all models)
  • Raspberry Pi 5 (4Gb or 8Gb models)

All the supported models work very well, Pi 4 being a bit less expensive than Pi 5 and Pi 5 having a better internal wireless/speeds (both perform fast with PiFi Kit and VPN).

There aren’t any models that work least - other models like Pi 3 just aren’t supported at all (yet). Support for the new Raspberry Pi 5 (2Gb) model is in the works (can get notified here)
